Dear Guests! Welcome to our habitat. We want your stay to flow in harmony with nature, in quiet and calm. Please read these house rules — they protect the comfort and safety of everyone on the property.

§1. General rules and booking

These rules set out the terms of service, liability, and presence at Po Kolei Habitat agritourism in Karczmiska Pierwsze.

Being on the property constitutes acceptance of these rules by all guests.

§2. Stay and quiet hours

The hotel day starts at 15:00 on arrival day and ends at 12:00 on departure day. Please request any extension in advance.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please respect other guests and neighbours.

Non-staying visitors may be on the property only with prior host approval, and no later than 22:00.

§3. Use of the property and facilities

Guests receive apartment/house keys. If keys are lost, a lock-replacement fee applies.

Smoking tobacco, tobacco products, and e-cigarettes is fully banned indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

For fire safety, please be careful with electrical devices that are not part of the room equipment. Personal devices such as irons, shavers, hair dryers, and chargers are fully allowed.

We encourage outdoor gatherings. Guests may use the campfire and grill areas in designated zones. Prepared firewood is available in the woodshed.

§4. Pets

Po Kolei Habitat is pet-friendly. Staying with a pet is possible after prior notice and agreement with the hosts.

Pet owners are fully responsible for their animals’ behaviour and safety, cleaning up after them, and any damage they cause.

§5. Liability and safety

Guests bear full material liability for damage to furnishings and technical equipment caused by them or their dependents.

Any faults or damage noticed during the stay must be reported to the hosts immediately.

The habitat is not liable for personal belongings left in the room or on the property, nor for vehicles in the car park. Free on-site parking is unattended.

Children on the property — especially on the playground and in green areas — must remain under constant supervision of parents or legal guardians.
